Free parking is available all throughout Arsenal Yard; from garages to surface level parking. 15-minute spots are also available and these are dedicated to curbside pickup and grab-and-go only. 60-minute parking spots are available in front of Roche Bros. as well.
Red Garage access is available on Forge Rd. next to Condesa. This garage provides ease and convenience for Roche Bros customers with direct access into the store and 2-hour parking spaces.
Purple Garage access is available on Arsenal Yards Blvd. across from the mural next to Marshalls. 200 AY employees are instructed to park in this garage on the 3rd and 4th floors.
EV Charging stations are located on the first floors of both garages. There are 3 EV spots located in the 100 Forge garage, only for the building’s employees.
Handicap Parking is available on surface parking areas and each of our parking garages. All three levels in the Red Garage have handicap parking next to the customer elevators. Levels 2-5 in the Purple Garage have handicap parking spaces next to the customer elevator on Bond St. Click here for a map of surface area handicap spaces.
Overnight parking begins at 2am and is not allowed and is only available for Blvd & Bond residents with a permit. Parking areas are monitored and unauthorized vehicles are subject to towed.
Bluebikes are located on Arsenal St. near Nike Unite. There are 10 bikes at this location and is part of 7 stations connecting to Boston, Cambridge, Newton, and others. Check out this link for more information.
Car Share: Two zip cars are available and located in the Purple Garage. More information can be found here.
MBTA: The MBTA 70 bus, which starts at the Central Square red line train, stops right in front of Arsenal Yards on Arsenal St. More information can be found at this link.
Pedestrian & Cycling Access: Arsenal Yards is very bike-friendly and provides bike parking throughout the property. Click here to get more information on the local and regional bike and pedestrian routes.
